Our terms and conditions cover the agreement we reach as the the cost of your service with us this includes our refund policy.  

 

Terms and Conditions are shown to you on agreeing to use our services. Once agreed and the service paid for this is a legally binding contract between the customer and Talk Haven.

Hourly Rate Option - we offer a pay as you go system where you can pay for each session as you book. If you want to save money we offer a course which is more cost effective. From £140 per hour.

Fixed Fee Course - for a course of talk therapy or mediation we also offer a set fee given at a discount. Once on the course we are unable to offer a refund. We will work out a fixed fee for you once we know your needs and requirements. This will be provided to your in writing and you can let us know if you wish to use a fixed fee options which will save you money or use our hourly rate and pay as you go. With the fixed fee for example if you book a course of 6 mediation meetings you get one free and an agreement drafted free at the end of the course.

When booking either a single session with us or a course we will always charge on booking. The course of sessions is charged at a discounted cost so we do not refund. If you need to change a meeting booked, if we are given at least 7 days notice we will re arrange your next meeting at no extra charge to you. If the cancellation is at short notice we reserve the right to charge for the missed session.

Concerns about our services - if you have any concerns then the first step is to email - office@talkhaven.co.uk - we will acknowledge receipt of your email withing 2 days or receiving it. 

We will investigate your concerns and respond within 8 weeks.
