We used Talk Haven to look at the child access after our separation. We had a course of 3 joint meeting andn one free for booking a course. Very good service. It was good to talk it out and reach ann agreementn that worked for both of us. Highly recommend Talk Haven. Hightly qualified staff who have different stills including being lawyers, mediators and trained therapaists a combination which encouraged us to talk and feel comforable at the same time

On separation we did not know what to do next. There was the children to tell about the separation. Where would we both live and who would pay the bills ect. How would we divided the house equity / savings and pensions. It was all a mass of confusion for us. We then called Talk Haven and started mediation all issues were discussed and we had a clear way forward once we talked through what we both wanted. Agreements were reached and we have both moved forward now. We did this in 6 sessions and it is great value for money. Sam

We got divorced but needed to work out how to divided pensions and the property. We had two but they were differing in value. We had savings and shares and ran a company together. It was all a mess when we decided to divorce. We went to TH to go through all the above and talk through possible solutions. After much talk e reached a very fair compromise ad this was put in writing and signed off by us both. TH have knowledgable mediators who are hightly qualifed to help in all disputes. I would highly recommed Talk Haven they really helped us talk after we separated and we discovered a way to communicate more effectively and so putting our children first. From then on we did not argue in front of the children alway said hello and goodbye annd this helped both us and the childeren come to terms with the separation.
We agreed on a parenting plan and this was drafted by our mediator and this is working well.

We used mediation for our separation and after had a separation agreement prepared. This suited us as althought we needed to reach agreemenet on what should happen to the children, house and child mainintenace, at the same time we were not ready to actually divorce. This was perfect for us and we were both happy with the mediator and the outcome of the mediatoin sessions.

​We had help with financial settlement and found the service very professional. The mediator gave us her direct dial and email so he was easy to contact when needed. Fast and very good service just what we needed at the right time and the right price for us. We found the service great and I actually enjoyed being able to talk and reach an agreement. I had tried solicitors prior to going to Talk Haven and they were very expensive and made no progress what so ever. Direct discussion at mediation works the best. ​PG
